Finally got around to calling the General Practitioner my new doc (he only specialized in chronic fatigue/pain; doesn't do general stuff) suggested. Dr. C's apparently worked with some other patients who saw her and was impressed with her thoroughness. So I called and set up a full physical (it's been well over a year since my last one). I absolutely hate having a female exam done, but it is very necessary. I was happy that: a) she is taking new patients and accepts my insurance (am also super thankful to have insurance, even pricey insurance), b) I was able to schedule the appointment a few weeks for now. Since my last GP took months to see, a few weeks wait time makes me happy.

Also managed to get quite a bit done during my five hour shift at the library. I am tired, but it is a good sort of tired.

Excellent all the way around; I'm glad that you've found a decent GP, they are truly hard to come by. The one we had in town here who was excellent left to go to a hospital over in Puget Sound to work in emergency medicine and the folks who took over the clinic leave very much to be desired, unfortunately.
