Sorry I've been quiet for a while. November and December are often very difficult months for me mental health wise and this year has not bucked that trend. But I'm hanging in there and hope you are all doing well.

I hope that all my pagan friends are having a lovely Solstice today. Blessed Yule/Litha to you all! I'm very happy that our days will be getting longer again.

I was absolutely wiped by the time I got home yesterday. It was all I could do to toast a bagel for dinner and collapse into my favorite chair for some unwinding. So I didn't get around to posting anything.

For my fellow pagans and witchy types, blessed solstice and Yule/Litha (depending on which hemisphere you live in).

I also hope that everyone is having a lovely holiday season regardless of which holidays they celebrate this time of year.

I'm very much looking forward to a short week this week. I work Monday morning, but have Monday afternoon, Tuesday, and Wednesday morning off. And I will leave work early on Friday for an appointment that requires a bit of a drive. Not as nice as having an afternoon off without commitments, but still nice to have a short week.

As for my weekend and holiday plans, they're fairly quiet. Last I checked the rain we were having has turned to snow, though it didn't look like it was sticking. So we may or may not have a white Christmas. I'm doing my usual weekend chore of laundry and otherwise enjoying a relaxing day in my pjs with coffee and fanfic. My plan is to have Christmas dinner with some of my heart family, but otherwise I will be having a quiet and restful holiday.

I hope that whatever your plans are they go as smoothly as possible, that any stress you are dealing with eases, and wish you all bright blessing for the coming year.
