Thank you! I have kept mood journals in the past, but haven't been doing very well with keeping one at the moment. I should try it again though. It certainly helped in the past. Having one to take with me when I go to the psychiatrist is a really good idea. I did something similar back when I was trying to figure out where my chronic pain was coming from and it was super useful.
