A promising evening

alee_grrlMy date went well. I find that I have at the very least gained a new friend. :)
We spent roughly two hours over dinner. The conversation flowed freely and easily. We share a love of art and quirky senses of humor. There was a great deal of smiling and laughing.
Both of us have had some not so great experiences in the past, so we are taking things slow. We are going to start as friends and see if anything more happens naturally. Both of us have odd and intense schedules, so it may be a little while before we get together again. However, we both agreed that we should get together again. So, all in all, I would say it was a promising evening.
I should also mention that she is very pretty, has a great laugh and gorgeous smile, and she's smart. Apparently she reads books on quantum physics for fun. :D
