Aw thank you! ::hugs back:: I am glad that I was able to plug on despite them too. It really does show me how much better I've gotten overall. I am very glad that they are not constant anymore. Depression, anxiety and I go way back. Things have gotten better over the years with medication and therapy. And now things are slowly getting even better as I get the Lyme treated. Lyme can really aggravate mental health issues apparently. Having some relief from the issues is amazing. I find myself talking and debating and interacting with people far more often than I used to do. Though I still really enjoy my quiet time and solitude too.
