So I'm done with finals (whew!) and after days of sleep and nothing much else the brain fog is starting to lift. So hopefully I'll get back to being a little more active on my blog and in my communities. :)

Apparently May is Lyme Awareness Month.

A surprising (to me at least, as it acknowledges Chronic Lyme Disease even though the CDC says they aren't sure it exists) article by Chuck Norris on Lyme Disease. It is part 1 of a 3 part series. The other parts have not been posted yet.

I had never really considered wearing t-shirts and other things about an illness I have, but I found a whole bunch that I love over at zazzle.

Thank you for posting all of these great links! I've gone through and read them and they provide a lot of great information, not all of which I knew beforehand. I've gone ahead and Tweeted all of these links and since my tweets are posted to my Facebook wall, they've been posted there, too.

It's great to hear that the brain fog caused by all of the intensive studying is lifting. It must be like stepping out of very dense and tangled woods and underbrush into a bright, sunny clearing. I hope you have a wonderful summer and get the chance to go outside and enjoy some of the great warm weather (or hot, depending on where you live).

The weather here is not only Sprinklike, we're due to hit the high 70's today on the beach here in Washington, which is almost unheard of! I'm definitely going to take a break from completing my Mom's Mother's Day present to go and walk on the beach at sunset. I hope to get a few decent pics and will post them, if I get them.

*hugs*

Spokane! Man, it's a pity you don't know anyone on this side of the Cascades. I live out here on the Olympic Peninsula and could show you around over here! One of these days, perhaps we can do that, if you're ever up for it and within a hundred miles. :)
