Thank you for the settling vibes and the hugs. I am managing, though at times it doesn't feel like it. I am repeatedly thankful that I have taken the time to learn so many coping skills, and to learn to understand myself and my needs better. It has helped tremendously. I am also incredibly thankful for my support network who can point out that I am managing pretty darn well all things considered. Having someone outside of yourself confirm this is very helpful to me. :)
