So I recently participated in my first fic exchange (at least my first one in well over a decade and a half), and had a very good time doing so.
I received an utterly fantastic slice of life story (with some lovely smut) from CinnamonLily, completely based on a flippant comment in my prompts where I was listing preferred pairings and stated that you could throw Stiles, Peter, Derek, and Chris together in a foursome and I'd be thrilled.
CinnamonLily took that and ran, and this lovely story was the result:
My giftee was the wonderful Jackclaw, who mentioned a love of magic!Stiles, worldbuilding, and angst so long as it has a happy ending in their prompts. I sneakily bounced around a couple of different ideas I had in a discord server we share with hopes they'd chime in and ran with the idea they liked the most. :D
It's still a work in progress, but the first chapter is posted and I'm well into writing the second chapter.
The title will be changed slightly when I update, because it should have been "Hanging On (You're All That's Left To Hold On To" (taken from Red Hill Mining Town by U2), but I mistyped it when I posted it.
